【瞎译】Shonn Boog（Pete的儿子）的一些介绍

提起Shonn Boog这个名字可能很多人不知道，但是要是换种提法”Pete的儿子“可能很多人就了然了。LZ第一次知道他是在2011年，在EB的表演上知道了他，当时几个动作下来就把LZ震住了，尼玛这下盘也太稳了吧，还有那个腿和脚扭曲的，这还是人么……后来怀着好奇心就去搜了搜他的视频，看到了他和大肚尼的battle，然后发现这货原来Groundmove也这么凶残……从那以后就喜欢上了他，KOD8的时候听说他还来参赛了，结果视频出来后找了好久也没找到……吧里关于他的讨论比较少，网上关于他的资料也不多，这次这段是从他的主页上搜来的，寻思当练练翻译就翻了，顺便在吧里找点存在感
然后关于这次这个翻译……实际这个资料在我这放了好久，然后一直懒得动……结果赶上LZ最近在北京学习，正好学到了翻译的部分，然后今天一心血来潮就翻了，明天还要挤地铁去上课，现在太晚了所以内容也没有太斟酌就发了，翻译的很烂大家就多包涵吧……

第一次见到他时他即将迎来他的十八岁，还是个没长大的的小孩。家人和好友都亲昵地称他为Shonnie。
他身上有一点令人难以置信，那就是在他体内还有另外一个他——一个喜爱把玩节奏的“他”。
当这个“他”显现时，他就成了Shonn Boog，一个天生的舞者。而且我想你一定会觉得他天生的资质在他身上有很大的作用。知道吗，他出生于一个舞蹈世家，这个家庭成员有他的叔叔Boogaloo Sam——poppin'和Boogaloo Style的创始人；另一个叔叔Tickin' Deck（Sam的弟弟）；Sam的堂弟，人称Skeeter Rabbit；以及他的父亲，传奇人物Popin’ Pete。
Shonn在传承舞蹈的道路上迈出第一步是在六岁，当时他和父亲在Toni Basil（1）的演出上表演。那时的Shonn还并没意识到自己身上其实潜藏着许多继承下来的东西，直到有一次在纽约他参加了叫做“Madhatten”的节目，节目内容是bboy和funkstyle。“Madhatten”在纽约酒店和拉斯维加斯的赌场举办，有很多人在”Madhatten”上出演，比如Remind、Wicket、Flomaster（2）、Zee Boogie（这个没查到相关资料，FB上倒是有个叫Nando Boogie Zee的，不知道是不是）、Popin' Pete，Skeeter Rabbit，还有Mr. Wiggles和Suga Pop这两个Rock Steady Crew（3）的成员。在这次演出的途中，Shonn和另一位立志成为funkstyle舞者的人成了好朋友，这个人就是Wiggle的儿子Unico Clemente。Shonn曾说说过：“我之所以能踏上这条路，并真正认真对待这个舞蹈，主要是由于Unico 对我的影响。”而这也是Shonn注定要做的事，他已经有了一个出色的开端，并在他的舞蹈生涯写下了浓重的一笔。他与自己的poppin’团队Lil' Boogz（4）在去年的funkstyle大赛“How Tha West Was Won"中获胜，并以此作为了开端。不仅如此，同时Shonn
Boog还是The Electric Boogaloos的成员，入队到现在是三年。如果这消息还不够“重磅”的话，那还有个给力的：最近Shonn Boog和他的队友Unico一同加入了The World Famous Rock Steady Crew（不知道是RSC的分支还是是一个舞团，没查到相关资料）。在第二届Annual Hip Hop Awards年度颁奖时Shonn赢得了“杰出街头舞者新人奖”。伴着他获得的奖项和更多等待着他的获奖机会，在这个这个被称作Shonn Boog的年轻人身上，一切都将围绕poppin'继续展开。 By: Twizt-O-Flex Von

upon first glimpse at this young up & coming 18 yr. old funkstylist who's known as shonnie to close family and friends. You would never suspect that he leads a double life through an alter-ego who rips beats for fun. When this alter ego takes shape he becomes Shonn Boog. It would seem Shonn Boog was destined to dance, I guess you could say genetics played a HUGE factor here. You see, Shonn comes f...rom a family of dancers that include: Boogaloo Sam his uncle who just so happened to create Poppin' & Boogaloo style, another uncle who goes by Tickin' Deck, a cousin known as Skeeter Rabbit & his father, the Legendary Popin' Pete. shonn's first step towards carrying the torch into the future came about at the age of 6 where he performed with his dad during a Toni Basil show. At that time shonn didn't quite realize that he was part of a rich heritage. That was until he began attending the bboy/funkstyle choreographed show "Madhatten" at the New York, New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Madhatten starred the likes of: Remind, Wicket, Flomaster, Zee Boogie, Popin' Pete, Skeeter Rabbit and fellow Rock Steady Crew members: Mr. Wiggles and Suga Pop. It was during his visits to the show Madhatten that Shonn became close friends with another aspiring funkstylist, none other than Wiggles' son Unico Clemente. Shonn is quoted as stating, "Unico was the main person to inspire me to step it up and take this dance more seriously." And that is exactly what Shonn Boog intends to do. He's already off to a great start, creating memorable highlights to his dancing resume. Beginning with his infamous win alongside his poppin' crew The Lil' Boogz at last year's "How Tha West Was Won" funkstyles event. Shonn Boog is also a member of The Electric Boogaloos( 3 years and counting). And if that isn't already impressive, Shonn Boog was recently inducted into The World Famous Rock Steady Crew alongside friend and Lil' Boogz crewmate Unico. Shonn Boog has also won Outstanding New Street Dancer Award at The 2nd Annual Hip Hop Awards.
