I honestly believe Scott may be done as a head coach by the time this is all over. I do not think anybody thought he was a great coach before but this season is exposing him to be simply awful. He can not motivate guys, he does not scheme well. Leave him and his staff back at the hotel and the Lakers play EXACTLY the same as with him on the sideline. Probably better.
I usually defend Kupchak but if this is a stealth tank job why did they give Scott a 4-year $ 17m deal? He is awful and three interviews should of exposed that. Their offensive sets are a joke with everyone just standing around. Their defense usually ends up with Lin flying at a big or wing taking an open shot because no one else even bothers to rotate more than once. Kobe's defense is just sad. If his man is farther then 10 feet away he just gives up and stands here.
