Balance Changes:
All these changes are without any equipment added on them but with 100% crew
Rate of Fire on tier 9 and 10 british medium was increased:
• Cent 7/1:
L7A1 gun now has 6.39 round/ min
L7B gun now has 6.39 round/min
• FV4202:
L7B gun now has 8.23 round/min
L7A1 gun now has 8.23 round/min
• WZ121: now has 6.59 round/min
• 121b: now has 8.34 round/min
• T110E3: Traverse increased to 23.99 , top speed and gun arc also increased
• KpfPz70: Dispersion reduced to 0.364 and aim time reduced to 5.2 sec
• Ferdinand: now has 5.21 rounds/min
• T69: Magazine reload time reduced to 15.34
• Grille: Aim time reduced to 3.6 seconds
