Hello, I am aChinese player. My account was banned by the game administrator on December 26,2018. Now I am writing to explain the incident and ask for a release /unban of mygame account:
1. I usually login the game in multiple locations, including my home, office, and internet cafe,but I have never shared this account with others.
2. On the day ofthe ban, I logged in 2 accounts at the same time(双开，我想不到专业名词，所以意译，同时登录两个账号). Because of mypersonal fault, both accounts were (left) in the wild. Therefore, I apologizefor this and ask the game administrator to forgive me for this. I will strictlyobey the related/relevant game terms and this kind of faults will never happen again in the future.
