Your buyer will issue BCL showing POF/Active Credit Line to purchase the said BANK DRAFT (in exchange, i will show the seller POF/Active Credit line); thereafter sign the DOA as below procedures.
1)Provider and Receiver sign the Deed of Agreement after exchanged BCL showing POF/Active Credit Line which thereby automatically becomes a full recourse commercial contract after both parties have duly append their respective signatures to this agreement with their Bank.
2)Buyer bank send bank to bank email with RWA to purchase the said bank draft with CURRENT bank statement shows available fund to purchase the bank draft. (Annex A)
3)Upon verification RWA with current bank statement within 3 banking days, the Provider will sent MT110 to Receiver by Bank to Bank.
4)After the Provider Bank receives, confirms and verifies MT110 information. Provider will swift MT110 in the name of the Receiver and completes the internal Bank to Bank procedures, the Receiver within 5 banking days will Swift MT103 to Provider Bank account.
5)After receiving payment, Within 5 banking days, Provider’s Bank will sent the Hard copy by Bank Courier to Receiver’s Bank.
This Deed of Agreement is a full recourse commercial commitment governed by the Law of the jurisdiction that both parties reside and standards under ICC Regulation.
