山东欧森管道科技有限公司是隶属于山东金光玻璃钢集团有限公司的GRE管道系统分部。公司位于德州武城工业园，占地面积166500平方米。公司拥有缠绕生产线16条，管件缠绕机，缠绕微控系统等设备174台（套），具有年产2万吨各种规格增强GRE管道的生产能力，公司具有独立的设计团队，是专业生产GRE（玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂管道）制品的生产厂家。
Shandong Ocean Pipe Technology Co. ,Ltd. Is affiliated with Shandong Kinflare FRP Grup Co. , Ltd. . It is located in Wucheng industrial district, covering an area of 107380 square meters. It has 16 production lines, and more than 174 machines, such as fitting winding machine, micro control system and so on. It has scale production capacity of producing 200,000 t GRE pipes with all kinds of specifications. The company also has independent professional design team, so Ocean Technology is a professional manufacturer of Glass-flber Reinforced Epoxy Pipe.

Product & Certificate
主要产品有：海洋工程及船舶用GRE管道、油田用GRE高压管道、化工及LNG行业用大口径GRE管道，市政饮水及排污用聚酯玻璃钢无毒管道。
Main products: GRE pipe applied to offshore platform and marine engineering, GRE high pressure pipe for the oil field, GRE pipe with larger size for chemical industry and LNG industry, Nonhazardous FRP pipe for fresh water and sewage disposal.
公司生产的GRE 管道已获得美国石油协会（API15HR API15LR)，美国船级社（ABS）， 德国船级社(GL), 法国船级社（BV），韩国船级社（KR）以及中国船级社（CCS）的工厂认证与产品型式认证证书，获得发明专利证书两项，实用新型专利证书两项，荣获山东省重点建设项目，产品具有耐腐蚀，高强度，防火和防静电性能，达到了海洋工程特殊的工作环境对装备材料的要求，打破了国外企业在国内的垄断，填补了该领域的国内空白。
The GRE pipe manufactured by Shandong Ocean Pipe Technology co. ,Ltd. Has been certificated by API 15HR ,API 15LR, ABS, GL, BV, KR, and CCS. Also obtained two invention patents, two patents for ultility models, and also won provincial key construction project. Our products posse corrosion resistance, high strength, fire prevention and anti-static properties, meet the requirements of marine engineering in the special working environment. Meanwhile, it also breaks the monopoly off the foreign enterprises in China, thus filling the domestic space of this field.
三、原材料选用
Selection of Raw Material
GRE管道主要原材料均欧美进口，无碱高强纤维纱选用美国Owens Corning 公司的产品，基体材料环氧树脂采用美国DOW化学公司的产品，粘接剂采用美国LORD公司的产品。
The main raw materials of the GRE product have been imported from America or Europe. Such as the reinforced fiber--glass from Owens Coming company, the epoxy resin from American DOW company and the adhesive from American LORD company.
以上公司的原材料产品完全符合我公司对高强玻璃钢在管道应用上的标准要求，且Owens Coring 以及DOW 和LORD公司在全球范围都有相应的销商网点，客户对原材料的购买提供了方便。
Those raw materials can meet the requirements of the high strength GRE product in pipelines. Meanwhile, Owens Corning, DOW, LORD are global companies, so clients could purchase the raw materials easily.
四、生产工艺
Process of Manufacturing
突破传统外固化工艺形式，采用内固化一体成型工艺，由内部加温，经高强纤维纱以及环氧树脂，固化剂混合而成的材料缠绕，在内部对产品产生固化，树脂含量高，密度大，具有良好的水力流动性，防腐蚀性以及气泡含量相对较少且口径最大的特点。采用全自动化生产线，无人为因素干扰，更加的保证了产品质量的稳定性。
GRE pipe from Ocean technology applies internal curing process which heated from inner, rather than traditional external curing process. Adopting high strength Glass-fiber, epoxy resin, and curing agent by winding technology. So the GRE product are rich in resin, high density, good hydraulic characteristics, excellent corrosion resistance, few bubbles and large size properties. We adopts the hi-tech automatic filament wound production lines without man-made interference, so that it insures the quality of the product.

完善的质量管理体系，从材料进厂，抽样检测，产品各工序检测，成品检测，试压检测，外观检测，整体产品检测等多手段检测保障产品质量，客户可随时到厂跟进制作过程。
Perfect quality management system, ensuring product quality, we take measures from the raw material reinspect, product test, each process test, finished product test, appearance inspection, testing whole pipe system and so on. That will be great if clients come to ocean technology to see the manufacturing process at any time.
管道及管件系统完全符合国际海事组织（IMO）三级耐火能力，管道及管件采用碳纤维及碳粉的工艺方式，使管道达到防静电要求。
GRE pipe and fittings totally meet the requirements of IMO L3. GRE product applies C-Fiber and carbon dust, so the product would be anti-static.

六、安装施工
Installation
我司具有玻璃钢行业一级安装资质以及专业的玻璃钢安装队伍，高压管道及大口径管道有非常丰富的施工经验，严格按照玻璃钢管道行业规范以及船舶海洋平台GRE管道安装标准进行安装。
We have obtained the class-1 installation certificate and have professional GRE product installation team. we also have rich experiences in installation of the high pressure pipe and larger size pipe. During the installation, we will operate strictly based on the GRE product installation standard and the marine GRE pipe guideline.
七、售后服务
After-sale Service
1、三年质保，终身保修。
