why you want to know this question?
cuz we do not clearly know whether Kaname is virgin!
it is true that he is the vampire primogenitor.
however the author don't tell us how his offspring come to the world!

we always guess Kaname is virgin or not, but there is not only answer!
so the only person who know the answer is the author herself!
some people believe Kaname is virgin, and the offspring use other ways to come to the world!
the other people think Kaname is not virgin, cuz no make love no children!
