里lost的机制使它不会获得纯hp+的道具，但是类似于一些同时加血又加攻击的道具是可以获得的。

现在的道具在repentance中都有quality标签。

维基中这样描述
Tainted Lost has a 20% chance of rerolling each item with a quality value of 2 or less, such asBrother BobbyorAlmond Milkeven if they would otherwise qualify.

而且tainted lost 会避免获得无offensive标签的道具

所以玩这个里角色大家不会看到神圣斗篷，死猫之类的道具。

维基说道具划级可以在items_metadata.xml中查看，但我没找到啊。。

另外这部dlc是忏悔，大家可能见到忏悔室了，那个扣血的机器，

维基中机制描述
The Confessional damages Isaac with the same rules as the Blood Donation Machine.
The Confessional has a 30% chance on normal and 25% chance on hard to payout. This is increased by 1.5× if Isaac has Lucky Foot.
The following are the rewards and are evaluated in the order they are listed.
5% chance to explode.
3.3% chance to explode giving either Redemption if a devil deal has been taken or nothing.
Removes a Broken Heart, if Isaac has one.
50% chance to receive a Soul Heart. Reduced to 10% if Isaac has Daemon's Tail.
10% chance to receive an Eternal Heart. Reduced to 2% if Isaac has Daemon's Tail.
"You Feel Blessed": For the current floor, increases Angel Room chance by 10% and allows Isaac to find an Angel Room even if Isaac already took a devil deal. This effect stacks additively, going up to a 100% angel room chance at 10 activations.

道具“救赎”效果：
1.当你进入恶魔房，头顶会出现白色逆十字，如果在恶魔房拿东西，图标消失（注意不只是道具，捡黑心也算），如果你什么都不干直接走，携带这个亮亮的图标到下一层，你会获得+1 dmg up，和一颗魂心。

天使房的道具“sacred orb”(圣球？圣轨？）
Prevents low-quality items from spawning, greatly increasing the quality of items received from all items pools.
避免生成低等级道具，同时强力提升所有道具池获得的道具等级。

忏悔，救赎，恶魔房削弱，天使房加强，一些道具的产生条件和效果，还有对应的新boss和结局，很多名字还有道具下面的话语都有产生关联，大家游戏中也都能注意到。这些都是设计好的。还有好多可以挖掘一下。

除了大家体感上产生的"恶魔房狗都不去"，“天使房yyds！”，这部dlc设计背后也是想让大家有这样的感觉。

镇楼图：
防守型道具变得和进攻型道具一样重要，尤其你开局只是携带了一张圣卡(一次性斗篷)。除非你再找到一张斗篷卡，否则你整局承受不了任何攻击（吐槽一下自己，下水道那个刺刺石头是飞不过去的，任何飞行单位都会受伤，我之前不知道被坑死过）。
在里lost的机制下，任何没有标记为进攻性的道具都会自动被reroll（当然你看不到道具生成和roll的过程，你只是直接接触了调整过的道具池），防守型道具的选项变得极为稀少，以下道具在里lost机制下不再会生成：

独角兽残块(充能独角兽)
1up!（绿蘑菇）
纵火狂
主人帽(免疫爆炸,20%几率免疫弹幕)
